Title: Expression levels and significance of C-erbB-2,ER and PR in patients with invasive breast ductal carcinoma
Abstract:Objective:To explore the expression levels and correlation of estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR) and C-erbB-2 in patients with invasive breast ductal carcinoma. Methods:The expression level...Objective:To explore the expression levels and correlation of estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR) and C-erbB-2 in patients with invasive breast ductal carcinoma. Methods:The expression levels of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 in 60 patients with invasive breast ductal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results:The positive expression rates of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 were 58.3 %(35/60),41.7 %(25/60) and 40.0%(24/60),respectively.There was significant difference between ER and PR(P0.05).There was no significant difference between ER and C-erbB-2(P0.05).There was no significant difference between PR and C-erbB-2(P0.05).Conclusion:C-erbB-2,ER and PR are possibly independent factors of prognosis of breast carcinoma, but the relationship between C-erbB-2 expression and ER,PR needs more researches, there is correlation between ER expression and PR expression in breast carcinoma.Read More
