Results:The positive expression rates of ER,PR and p53,C erbB 2 and nm23 were 52.1%,47.9%,46.9%,62.5% and 70.8%,respectively.Though the expression of C erbB 2 in the infiltration type of breast cancer was much higher than that in the non infiltration type( P 0.01),there was no obvious correlation between the expression of ER,PR,p53 and nm23,and the histological types ( P 0.05).Compared with breast cancer without lymph node metastasis ,the expression of p53 and C erbB 2 was upregulated ( P 0.01)and in contrast that of nm23 was downregulated ( P 0.01 )in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis .The expression of ER and PR had no relation to lymph node metastasis ( P 0.05).The recurrence rates of the carcinomas with positive expression of ER/PR and nm23 were lower than those with negative expression ( P 0.05);on the contrary, the relapse rates of the carcinomas with positive expression of p53 and C erbB 2 were superior to those with negative expression ( P 0.05).Conclusion:It is most helpful in evaluating the progneosis of patients with breast cancer to observe the expression of ER,PR and p53,C erbB 2 and nm23.Read More
