Methods The expressions of ER,PR,p53 and c erbB 2 genes in 45 cases with invasive breast cancer and 20 cases with breast adenosis were tested by Immunohistochemical assay(S P). Results The positive rate of ER,PR,p53,c erbB 2 genes expression in 45 cases with breast cancer was 60.0 %,44.4%,51.2% and 55.3%, respectively. The positive rate of p53,c erbB 2 genes expression in 20 cases with breast adenosis was 10.0%and 15.0%,respectively. The over expressions of p53,c erbB 2 genes were correlated only with the lymph node metastasis. Conclusion To test ER,PR,p53,c erbB 2 at the same time is very important for the pathological diagnosis, estimation of prognosis and treatment of breast cancer.Read More
