Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship among estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and C -erbB -2 of breast cancer mammography.Methods:The mammographic features of 111 patients with breas...Objective:To investigate the relationship among estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and C -erbB -2 of breast cancer mammography.Methods:The mammographic features of 111 patients with breast cancer,including mass,calcification,structural disorder,spicule were studied comparatively with gene expression of ER,PR and C - erbB -2 detected with immunohistochemical technique.Results:In 111 cases,67 cases were mass (60.36%),22 cases were spicule(19.82%),41 cases were calcification(36.94%),21 cases were structural disorder (18.92%).ER positive 59 cases(53.15%),PR positive 46 cases(41.44%),C -erbB -2 positive 56 cases (50.45%).Spicule was significantly correlated with positive expression of ER.Mass and calcification was significantly correlated with positive expression of C -erbB -2.Conclusion:The mammographic features can reflect the diagnosis value of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and C -erbB -2 certainly.Read More
