The operating conditions were:The column was Hypersil ODS2 C18(250mm×4.6mm D, 5μm), the mobile phase was MeOH∶H2O=40∶60, the temperature of column was 30℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 260nm. The liner range of daidzin, genistin, daidzein and genistein was 0.21~8.56μg/mL with a correlatione coeff-icient of 0.999155~0.999991.
