Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of isoflavone aglycones.Methods Isoflavone aglycones were analyzed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).A mixture of MeOH-0...Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of isoflavone aglycones.Methods Isoflavone aglycones were analyzed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).A mixture of MeOH-0.3%H3PO4(48∶52) was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min.The detecting wavelength was 260 nm at 25 ℃.Results The content of isoflavone aglycones in the sample was 70.98%.The average recoveries of genistein,daidzein and glycitein were 99.2%,98.7% and 98.9% with RSD 1.4%,2.1% and 1.6%,respectively.Conclusions This method can be used for the quality control of soy isoflavone aglycones.Read More
