Abstract:A new method based on RP-HPLC for determination isoflavone aglycones has been developed.established.With Hypersil BDS C_(18)(250×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol and(0.5%) acetic acid so...A new method based on RP-HPLC for determination isoflavone aglycones has been developed.established.With Hypersil BDS C_(18)(250×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol and(0.5%) acetic acid solution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 35℃,UV-detection was set at 260 nm and the sample size was 10 μL.The results show the linear range of Daidzein is(0.0450)~0.3150 μg,the recovery is 99.05%,RSD is 1.31%.The linear range of Genistein is 0.0448~(0.3136) μg,the recovery is 98.82%,RSD is 0.50%.The method has been applied to the determination of isoflavone aglycones in lobster sauce and soy products with satisfactory result.Read More
