Abstract:Objective: To research the protective effect of Chonglou Kegandiwan on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1 and the effecting mechanism.Methods: The experimental mice were divided into control g...Objective: To research the protective effect of Chonglou Kegandiwan on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1 and the effecting mechanism.Methods: The experimental mice were divided into control group,model group,ribavirin group,Chonglou Kegandiwan high,middle,low dose group,and then observed the experimental rats' behavior,mortality,lung index and the percentage of lung index inhibition separately.Results: Each Chonglou Kegandiwan dose group could improve the behavior of the mice infected with influenza virus FM1 distinctly.Compared with the model group,the mortality of Chonglou Kegandiwan middle and low dose group decreased significantly.It indicated that Chonglou Kegandiwan have a protective effect on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1.Each Chonglou Kegandiwan dose group could reduce the lung index of the mice infected with influenza virus FM1 remarkably,which illustrated that Chonglou Kegandiwan could markedly restrain the proliferation of the influenza virus FM1 in the body of the mice,and relieve the inflammatory lesion in the lung of the mice.Conclusions: The Chonglou Kegandiwan middle and low dose group have a evident protective effect on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1,and the effecting mechanism probably be involved that Chonglou Kegandiwan can markedly restrain the proliferation of the influenza virus FM1 in the body and relieve the inflammatorylesion in the lung.Read More
