Title: Correlation between Expression of HER-2 and Expression of Receptors of Estrogen and Progestogen in the Breast Cancer and Its Significance
Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical significance and expression of HER-2,ER and PR in breast cancer tissue. Methods:The expression of HER-2,ER and PR in breast cancer tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry in 167 cases of breast cancers. Results:The positive rates of expression of HER-2,ER and PR in the breast cancers reached 44.9%、53.3% and 49.1%,respectively.The positive rate of expression of HER-2 in the cauces group with the expression of ER,PR was lower than that in the negative group(P0.0 5).The positive rate of expression of HER-2 in the group with the lymph node metastasis was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group(P0.05).Conclusion:Measurement of HER-2,ER and PR in the breast cancers played an important role in the prognostic evaluation and guiding of clinical treatment.
