Methods The Symmetry Kromasil ODS-1 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm) was used,the water methanol 0. 4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,with gradient elution,the flow rate 1. 0 ml / min,column temperature of 30 ℃,and detected at 328 nm. Results This method had a good repeatability,a total of 20 common peaks were identified,similarity is higher,the chromatographic peak separation degree is better,which reaches fingerprint technical requirements. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Cuscuta chinensis.Read More
