Abstract:Objective:To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Herba Euphorbiae hirtae by HPLC.Method: HPLC was used with quercetin gallic acid and myricitrin as control samples.The sample are separated on ...Objective:To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Herba Euphorbiae hirtae by HPLC.Method: HPLC was used with quercetin gallic acid and myricitrin as control samples.The sample are separated on Platisil ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 at 25 ℃.The time of gradient elution is 60 min and the UV detection is set at 360 nm.Result: Twelve samples of E.hirta in different origin of Guangdong were detected and nine main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint.The similarity of samples is all over 0.90.Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification of E.hirta as well as quality control.Read More
