Abstract:Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Rehmannia glutinosa to provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and the effective control of its quality.Method:The fingerprints were obtained on ...Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Rehmannia glutinosa to provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and the effective control of its quality.Method:The fingerprints were obtained on a Dikma Diamonsil C18column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min- 1.The column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.Result:Thirteen common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and the fingerprints were also evaluated by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint with the correlation coefficient above 0.99.Conclusion:This method with good precision and reproducibility is reliable for the quality control of R.glutinosa.Read More
