Abstract:Objective:To develop a method for the determination of scopoletin in Physochlainae Radix by HPLC.Methods:The separation was carried out on the Agilent ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile pha...Objective:To develop a method for the determination of scopoletin in Physochlainae Radix by HPLC.Methods:The separation was carried out on the Agilent ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-phosphoric acid buffer(30∶70).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃ and the detecting wavelength was 344 nm.Results:The linearity range of scopoletin was from 9.84 to 1476.0 ng(r=0.99998).the recovery was 97.19%-100.70% with RSD 1.4%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was accurate,reliable and good reproducibility to control the quality of Physochlainae Radix.Read More
