Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of total scopoletin in Caulis Erycibes.METHODS The separation was accomplished on a Shim-pack CLC-ODS column (6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with a mixtur...OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of total scopoletin in Caulis Erycibes.METHODS The separation was accomplished on a Shim-pack CLC-ODS column (6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with a mixture of methanol-0.05%H_3PO_4 (39∶61) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL·min~-1 . The eluates were detected at 345 nm.RESULTS The linear range for the determination of scopoletin was 0.030 1~3.01 μg(R2=1.000 0,n=6),the detection limit was 0.09 ng (S/N=3) and the quantification limit was 0.3 ng(S/N=10).The average recovery was 97.60% and RSD was 1.59%(n=9).CONCLUSION The established method is a simple, accurate and sensitive way to control the quality of Caulis Erycibes.Read More
