Abstract:A HPLC method was used to determine the content of Methyl ophiopogonanone A in Radix Ophiopogonis.The analysis was carried out on Hypersil C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was MeOH-water(7...A HPLC method was used to determine the content of Methyl ophiopogonanone A in Radix Ophiopogonis.The analysis was carried out on Hypersil C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was MeOH-water(76∶24) with flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The eluate was detected at 296 nm in room temperature.The method was simple and had a good linear relationship.The linear range of Methyl ophiopogonanone A was 0.445~2.67μg(r=0.999 9).The recovery was 99.54%(RSD=1.44%).Therefore,this method was simple,fast and could be controlled effectively in Radix Ophiopogonis.Read More
