Abstract:Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of scopoletin in Herba Argyreiae Seguinii.Method:An HPLC method was developed.LiChrospher 100 RP-C_(18) column (250 mm×4 mm,5 μm) was ado...Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of scopoletin in Herba Argyreiae Seguinii.Method:An HPLC method was developed.LiChrospher 100 RP-C_(18) column (250 mm×4 mm,5 μm) was adopted,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid solution(22:78).Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),and analysis time was 30 min.Detection was at 228 nm with injection volume of 5-20 μL.Results: The linear range was 0.05-0.50 μg,r=0.9996 (n=5),and the average recovery (n=5) was 96.9%,RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,suitable for the quality control of scopoletin.Read More
