Title: The teaching design and implementation of practice teaching in community nursing under the new conditions of community health services
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the best pattern of practice teaching for community nursing under the new conditions of community health services so as to improve the comprehensive competence of undergraduate nursing students.Methods: The three- stage pattern of practice teaching for community nursing was implemented,including simulation practice,community probation and field practice,and the integrated evaluation method was used to measure the effect.Results: The rate of getting good marks in school simulation practice of undergraduate nursing students was 86.7%,which was 75.2% for community probation and field practice.Totally 108 students (98.2%) were completely or relativly satisfied with the general arrangement of the practice teaching of community nursing among 110 students,and 89 students (81.0%) thought the implement of school simulation practice was very necessary,also 104 students (94.5%) had the same opinion in community practice arrangement and 92 students (83.6%) in the field practice.About 98 students (89.0%) were satisfied with the practice content,while 55 students (50.0%) thought the time of field practice should take two weeks or more.Finally 96 students (87.5%) had deeper understanding through the community practice.Conclusion: Most nursing students were satisfied with the three-stage pattern of teaching for community nursing,and they had deeper understanding on community nursing.
