Title: The teaching design and implementation of practice teaching for community nursing
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the best pattern of practice teaching for community nursing, foster the comprehensive competence of undergraduate nursing students. Methods: 162 undergraduate nursing students were divided into two groups according to the grade. The traditional method of practice teaching for community nursing was provided to the control group; while probation, simulation practice, practice were provided to the experimental group, which called reformed teaching method. A comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to test the effect. Results: The comprehensive evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the contrast group (P0.05). Conclusion: The three stages pattern of practice teaching for community nursing could foster the concept of community nursing and improve the students' comprehensive ability.
