Methods:The expression of CD44v6 was determined with SP immunohistochemical technique. Results:The positive rate of CD44v6 was 54.84%,while the positive rate in patients with lymph node metastasis was 68.75%, which was significantly higher than those without lymph node involvement(P0.05). The proliferation of pancreatic cancer was not related to CD44v6. Conclusion:The expression of CD44v6 is closely related to metastasis and infiltration of pancreatic cancer.Read More
