Title: Fermentation conditions for the chitinase production from Paecilomyces farinosus
Abstract: The strains RCEF0622 of Paecilomyces farinosus was selected to study its optimal fermentation conditions of chitinase production by single factor.The results are as follows:the colloid chitin 1.5%,initial pH of culture 7.0,inoculating amount 6%,10 mL liquid in 100 mL shake flak,temperature 19℃,cultural time 36 h.
