The mobile ph...Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of baicalin in qingreling granules. Methods An Alltech:Alltima C 18 column served as t he chromatographic column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water- glaci al acetic acid (50∶50∶1), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 .The UV detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between th e concentration of baicalin and absorption area value when the concentrations of baicalin was within the range of 0.103 6-0.828 8 μg (r=0.999 5).The aver age recovery rate was 99.39%, RSD=1.44%(n=5). Conclusion The method was shown to be accurate, sensiti ve, well reproducible and may thus be used in the determination of baicalin in qingreling granules.Read More
