Title: Clinical study on salvia injection for blood lipid and high sensitive C-reactive protein in stable angina pectoris patients
Abstract: Objective:To discuss the effect of salvia injection on blood lipid and high sensitive C-reactive protein in stable angina pectoris patients. Methods:A total of 83 patients with stable angina pectoris from Apr.2007 to Apr.2009 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated by dilating coronary artery and improving myocardial ischemia.Meanwhile, they took orally isosorbide dinitrate and aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Observation group was given with salvia injection on the basis of treatment in control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The blood lipid and high sensitive C-reactive protein were determined before and after treatment, and two groups'clinical effect and electrocardiogram efficacy were evaluated after treatment. Results:The differences in clinical effect, electrocardiogram were statistical significant(P0.05).Besides,indexes including TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and high sensitive C-reactive protein were significantly changed after treatment(P0.05),and were significantly different between two groups(P0.05).Conclusions:Salvia injection can obviously decrease blood lipid and high sensitive C-reactive protein and improve clinical effect. It is worthy of clinic application.
