Title: Clinical Study of Breviscapine Injection on the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of Breviscapine Injection on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 104 UAP patients were randomly divided into one observation group(53 patients) and one control group(51 patients). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was given Breviscapine Injection 20 mL intravenous drip, once a day for 2 weeks besides the conventional western medicine. The changes of the syndrome integral, isosorbide dinitrate amount,ECG curative effect, blood rheology parameters, fibrinogen(FIB) and high sensitive C reactive protein( hs-CRP) of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results: The syndrome integral and isosorbide dinitrate amount of the observation group were lower than that of the control group and the ECG curative effect was better than that of the control group, showing significant difference(P 0. 01 and P 0. 05). The whole blood high viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index,FIB and hs- CRP of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after the treatment, showing significant difference(P 0. 05).The whole blood low shear viscosity and erythrocyte rigidity index of the two groups had no significant difference(P 0. 05) after the treatment. There was a mild adverse reaction. Conclusion: Breviscapine Injection combined with conventional western medicine has a better effect on the treatment of UAP patients.
