Title: Comparison of the curative effects of puerarin injection and compound salvia miltiorrhizae injection in angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease
Abstract: Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of puerarin injection in angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:120 cases of angina pectoris were divided into the treatment group of 60 cases treated with puerarin injection and the control group of 60 cases treated with compound salvia miltiorrhizae injection,14 days as a course of treatment in both groups. Results:In the treatment group, the total effective rate and electrocardiography improvement rate were 96.66% and 83.33% respectively, both higher than those indexes of being 61.66% and 51.66% in the control group(P0.01).The better curative effects were gotten in the treatment group than in the control group in terms of the decrease of attack time, the duration of angina pectoris, the reduction of nitroglycerin doses, the range and degree of improvement of myocardial ischemia(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion:Puerarin injection has a better curative effect on angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart dis-ease than compound salvia miltiorrhizae injection.
