Title: Inhibitive effect of Tramadol on myocardial ischemia injury induced isoproterenol in mice
Abstract: Objective To investigate the protective effect of tramadol on impaired myocardial ischemia by isoproterenol(Iso) in mice. Methods The myocardial ischemia injury model was induced by isoproterenol in mice, and the effects of Tramadol on the survival time, the activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine phosphskinase(CK) in serum and heart index in mice were measured. Results Compared with model group, the survival time of mice after injured by isoproterenol in the close normobaric hypoxia was prolonged, the activities of LDH and CK in serum and heart index were decreased by Tramadol. Conclusion Tramadol has inhibitive effect on myocardial ischemia injury induced by isoproterenol in mice.
