Abstract:Objective To evaluate anti-cylic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP antibody) positive rate and explore diagnostic value of anti-CCP antibody in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods ELI...Objective To evaluate anti-cylic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP antibody) positive rate and explore diagnostic value of anti-CCP antibody in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods ELISA was used to assay anti-CCP antibodies in 30 patients with RA,35 patients with other rheumatic disease and 20 normal controls respectively.Immune-nephelometry was applied to detect RF.Furthermore,compare the correlation between anti-CCP and RF.Results There was a 73.33%anti-CCP postive rate in patients with RA,its sensivity and specificity were 73.33%and 94.54%respectively.There was a 76.67%RF postive rate,its sensitivity and specificity were 76.67%and 80.0%respectively.Anti-CCP was associated with RF.Conclusion Anti-CCP presents a reasonable sensitivity with high specificity to RA and it is valuable to RA diagnosis.Combined measurement of anti-CCP is conducive to upgrade the sensitivity and specificity of RA diagnosis.Read More
