Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Anti-CCP antibodies and(RF) were examined in 120 cases of RA and 40 cases...Objective To study the diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Anti-CCP antibodies and(RF) were examined in 120 cases of RA and 40 cases of healthy people by a sandwich enzyme-linked immunolorbent assay(ELISA).Results The anti-CCP antibody positive rate in RA was 88.3% and the specificity was 96.3%.Conclusion The serum anti-CCP antibody positive rate and specificity is higher than RF as a better diagnostic discriminator in RA.Combined detection of two kinds is superior to a single one and will increase greatly the positive rate of RA detection.Read More
