Title: Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound on VEGF and ET- 1 in Patients with Cor Pulmonale Pulmonary Hypertension
Abstract: Objective: To study TCM compound influence on VEGF and ET- 1 in patients with cor pulmonale pulmonary hypertension. Methods: 240 cases of chronic cor pulmonale patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm obstruction were randomly divided into observation group and the control group( n = 120). The control group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with nifedipine orally. The observation group based on the treatment in the control group added compound Chinese medicine, and the treatment course was 2 weeks. The pulmonary artery pressure,VEGF and ET- 1 were indicators for observing the correlation between pulmonary artery pressure. Results: After treatment,t test statistical analysis showed that pulmonary artery pressure in the observation group had statistical significance( P 0. 05). VEGF and ET- 1 in the observation group were improved significantly than that of the control group with significant difference( P 0. 01). The multivariate correlation showed that VEGF was positively correlated with pulmonary artery pressure and ET- 1. Conclusion: Compound Chinese medicine can be through the inhibition of VEGF and high expression of ET- 1 in order to achieve the inhibition of pulmonary vascular remodeling, reducing chronic pulmonary hypertension due to cor pulmonale and improving patient recovery and prognosis, and is worthy of popularizing in clinical research.
