Title: Effect of Candesartan combined with Ginkgo Biloba Injection on the Pulmonary Arterial Pressure of Patients with Cor Pulmonale during Acute Attack
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of candesartan combined with Ginkgo biloba injection on the pulmonary arterial pressure of patients with Cor pulmonale during acute attack. Methods: 134 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(67 cases) and the experiment group(67 cases). Both groups were treated by conventional therapy, the control group was treated by Candesartan Cilexetil Tablets, 8 mg each time, once a day;the experiment group was treated on the basis of the control group with intravenous injection of Ginkgo biloba, 20 m L each time, added to the 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 200 m L, once a day. 14 days was a course of treatment, a total of a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary arterial pressure and vascular endothelial growth factor were compared after two weeks between two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the experiment group was higher(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the pulmonary arterial pressure and vascular endothelial growth factor were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the pulmonary arterial pressure and vascular endothelial growth factor were lower in the experiment group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Candesartan cilexetil combined with Ginkgo injection had obvious curative effect on patients with Cor pulmonale during acute attack, which might be related to the decrease of vascular endothelial growth factor level.
