Title: Impacts of Breviscapine Injection on Vascular Endothelia Function and Heart Function in Chronic Cor Pulmonale Decompensation
Abstract: Objective To probe into the impacts of breviscapine injection on vascular endothelia function and hemodynamics in chronic cor pulmonale decompensation(pulmonary heart disease). Methods 84 cases were divided randomly into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(38 cases). In control group, sensitive antibiotic were optioned for stopping cough, removing sputum and relieving asthma conventionally. For the cases with heart dysfunction, digoxin or diuretics were supplemented. In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group, breviscapine injection 50mg,qd,was supplemented. The course of treatment in two groups was 20 days. Results After treatment, serum ET and NO levels increased apparently as compared with those before treatment in both groups, indicating statistical significant difference(P0.01).In treatment group, the serum sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 levels decreased apparently as compared with those before treatment, indicating statistical significant difference(P0.01).After treatment,in treatment group, serum ET,sVCAM-1,sICAM-1 and NO levels were different significantly in statistics as compared with those in control group(P0.01).After treatment,in treatment group, cardiac output(CO)and cardiac index(CI)were improved apparently as compared with control group(P0.01).After treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical heart function improvement between two groups in statistics(P0.05).Conclusion Breviscapine injection can improve vascular endothelial function significantly, and hemorheologic indexes apparently,as well as body immune function, heart function and clinical efficacy in decompensation.
