Title: n-HDL-C's significance in diagnosing and monitoring coronary heart disease(CHD) with hyperlipoproteinemia
Abstract: Objective To study whether serum non-High-Density lipoprotein cholesterol will affect coronary heart disease(CHD) with hyperlipoproteinemia and the supervision of assessment.[Methods] The level of HDL-C and LDL-C was measured in 57 patients with CHD and 36(50~77years old) healthy people . The patients were divided into three groups: hypertriglyceridemic, hyper total cholesterol and the mixture. The concentration of LDL-C and N-HDL-C after treatment was measured for the patients whose disease alleviated and improved obviously.[Results] The level of LDL-C and non-HDL-C has significant difference from the control group in CHD with hyperlipoproteine (P0.001), the level of non-HDL-C was associated with LDL-C in CHD with hyperlipoproteine (r=0.838,P0.001).The level of LDL-C after treatment was related with n-LDL-C (r=0.839 P0.001).The sensitivity of n-HDL-C is better than LDL-C in a few cases. [Conclusion] n-HDL-C level is valuable to diagnose CHD and assess clinical therapy. n-HDL-C level has positive relation with LDL-C.
