Title: MRI Diffusion Weighted Imaging:Diagnostic Value of Acute Cerebral Ischemia
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging in the acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:50 case of acute cerebral ischemia patients were analyzed in this study in regular MRI、Flair and DWI imaging.Result: 50 patients scanned with DWI were diagnosed infarction focal and diagnosis rate is 100%.Among 15 superacute cerebral infarction patients diagnosed in DWI,only 1patients were diagnosed in routine T2WI MR scanning;other 35 acute cerebral infarction patients with acute infarction DWI MR image, focal was showed gradually and focal area was longer than in routine T2WI MR image. Conclusion:DWI was very sensitivity in diagnosing acute cerebral ischemia.
