Title: Clinical study of MR diffusion weight image in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical significance of diffusion weighted imaging of MRI(DWI) in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction were performed routine MRI and DWI examination.Results Seven cases of super acute stage were not found something abnormal signals using routine MRI,but high signals using DWI were found.Twenty cases of acute stage were found high signals using routine MRI,high signals using DWI were found in twenty nine cases.Conclusion DWI is helpful to detect lesions of acute cerebral infarction in the ultra-early stage.And the clinical significance of DWI in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction is very great.
