Title: Research on the substantia nigral apoptosis during the episode of Parkinson disease and protein expression of the related gene
Abstract: Objective To observe the rule of apoptosis in substantia nigra and protein expression of relative gene p53,Bax,HSP.Methods TUNEL method,Nissl staining and immunohistochemical techniques were used to observe the number of nigral apoptosis and Nissl neuron in the course of the formation of Parkinson disease models in rats(PD group) on 1,7,14,21 d after 6-OHDA injected stereotaxically to right side of mesencephic ventral tegmental area and substantia nigra pars compacta of rats.At the same time,p53,Bax,HSP protein expression were measured. Results The number of substantia nigral apoptosis in the PD group was much more than that of the control group(P0.05),and was maximum on 1 d and lowest on 21 d.p53,HSP attained the peak value promptly on 1 d,and then decreased rapidly.Bax protein decreased gradually. Conclusions Substantia nigral apoptosis could be involved in PD with certain change regularity and changed, which is regulated by p53,Bax,HSP.
