Methods:HPLC determination was performed on a Kromasil C1...Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous analysis of vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside in Microcos paniculata L.. Methods:HPLC determination was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a binary elution of methanol-0.1 % phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase and detected at 276 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results:The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.0412-0.412 μg(r=0.9992)and 0.0424-0.424 μg(r=0.9991)for vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside,and the average recoveries(n=9)of vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside were 96.2% and 96.0%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of vitexin and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside in Microcos paniculata.Read More
