Title: Analysis of the Clinical Characteristics and the Results of Coronary Angiography of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Two Different Age Groups
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and the results of coronary angiography in different age groups of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Method:240 cases of CHD patients were divided into middle-aged group (age 60 years old,n=80),old-aged group (age ≥ 60 years old,n=1600) according to the age.Their clinical data,biochemical indicators and results of CAG were compared and analyzed statistically.Result:There were less patients with hypertension in the middle-aged group than in the old-aged group(P 0.05).More single-vessel lesion happend in the middle-aged,and multiple vessel diseases occurred more frequently in the old-aged(P0.05).Right coronary artery lesions were more frequently observed in the old-aged than the middle-aged(P0.05).There were more diffuse lesions in the old-aged group than in the middle-aged group(P0.05).Conclusion:CHD in different age groups have different characteristics in clinical and CAG.People in different age groups should prevent different things.
