Title: The expression of Ang-2 and ER in breast cancer and their clinical significance
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expression of Ang-2 and ER in breast cancer and their clinical significance. Methods:The expressions of Ang-2 and ER in the 87 specimens of breast cancer were examined by SABC immunohistochemical method . Results: The positive rate of Ang-2 was 68.97%(60/87), and the positive rate of ER 71.26%(62/87) in human breast cancer, the positive expression of Ang-2 correlated positively with that of ER(P0.05). The positive rate of Ang-2 and ER in lymphnode metastasis group was higher than that in the group without lymphnode metastasis (P0.05), the express of Ang-2 in breast cancer was related with infiltration of cancer cell( P0.05), while the expression of ER was related with the ages of patients(P0.05). Conclusion: Ang-2 could help the invasion of cancer cell; The positive expression of ER in human breast cancer is an index of the good condition of the patients in the future; The expression of Ang-2 is not correlated positively with that of ER in human breast cancer.
