Title: Curative effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in treatment of children with severe pneumonia and the impact on inflammatory factors
Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of dopamine combined with dobutamine in treatment of children with severe pneumonia and the impact on serum inflammatory factors. Methods: A total of 120 children with severe pneumonia were collected from the hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,then the children were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,60 children in each group. The children in control group were treated with conventional treatment, including oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,anti-tussive and antiasthma, correction of acid-base balance and electrolyte disturbance; the children in observation group were treated with dopamine combined with dobutamine based on conventional treatment. The clinical effects and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate in observation group was 93. 33%( 56 /60),which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( 80. 00%,48 /60); the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP after treatment in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment in observation group and control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in treatment of children with severe pneumonia is significant, dopamine combined with dobutamine can significantly improve clinical symptoms and inhibit inflammatory response, which has a high clinical application value.
