Abstract:Objective To investigate the non-phacoemulsification small incision intraocular lens implantation in the clinical effect.Methods The upper right quadrant edge corneoscleral tunnel incision into the an...Objective To investigate the non-phacoemulsification small incision intraocular lens implantation in the clinical effect.Methods The upper right quadrant edge corneoscleral tunnel incision into the anterior chamber,the irrigation or continuous circular capsulorhexis,water nuclear separation,the key ring with lens lens nucleus extraction,intraocular lens implantation in the capsular bag.Results The postoperative visual acuity ≥ 0.3 the first day of 1045 persons(76.4%),0.05 from 34 cases of 2.5%;three days after sight ≥ 0.3 were 1224(89.5%), 0.05 from 16 cases of 1.2%.Conclusion The small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction is a good curative effect,equipment,cheap,easy to master the technology,suitable for a good grass-roots way to hospital.Read More
