Title: Comparative study of defibrase for acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of defibrase for acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and eighty cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: 90 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with defibrase (10U·d -1 ),iv for 4d. The control group was treated with dextrn-40(500ml·d - 1),iv for 14d. The results were analyzed statistically with x 2 -test. Results In the treatment group,22 cases were cured (24.4%) and 40 cases were improved obviously (44.4%),the total effection rate was 90% (85/90).In the control group the total effection rate was 64.4% (58/90). There were extremely obvious difference between the two groups ( P 0.01). In the treatment group, the gross effection rate was 93.8% within 6h and 87.9% within 24h ( P 0.05). Conclusion The Defibrase for acute cerebral infarition in early stage is obviously effective.
