Title: Curative effect of urinary kallidinogenase joint defibrase on acute progressing cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective To observe curative effect of urinary kallidinogenase joint defibrase on acute progressing cerebral infarction. Methods Collected 90 cases of acute progressing cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n = 45) was treated with urinary kallidinogenase. The study group(n = 45) was treated with urinary kallidinogenase joint defibrase.Observed and compared Neurological damage and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results After treatment, nerve damage of the two groups were improved and NIHSS scores were significantly higher than before(P 0.05).NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than before(P 0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 86.67%,was significantly higher than the control group(62.22%)(χ2=4.23,P 0.05).Adverse reaction rate of the study group was 2.22%,was significantly lower than the control group(6.67%)(χ2=3.73,P 0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase joint defibrase is safe, reliable and has definite effect on acute progressing cerebral infarction.
