Title: Clinical Effect of Sodium Ozagrel,Shuxuetong Injection and Songlingxuemaikang on Cerebral Infarction with Hypertension
Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel and Shuxuetong for injection,Songlingxuemaikang orally in treating cerebral infarction patients with hypertension.MethodsEighty-seven cases of cerebral infarction patients with hypertension were divided into two groups at random,treatment group(45 cases) and control group(42 cases).Both of the groups were treated with the same ordinary method.The treatment group was given sodium ozagrelbid,iv gtt,shuxuetong qd,iv gtt and songlingxuemaikang tid,po.The control group was given sodium ozagrel bid,iv gtt and Amlodipine qd,po.The treatment course was 2 weeks.ResultsThe treatment group were basically cured for 15 cases(33.3%),marked effectiveness for 17 cases((37.8)%),better effectiveness for 11 cases(24.4%),no change for 2 cases(4.4%).In the control group,5 cases were cured basically(11.9%),15 cases were markedly effective(35.7%),16 cases were better(38.1%),6 cases were no change((14.3)%).There was significant difference in a marked effective rate 71.11% and 47.62%(P0.05) but no significant difference in better effective rate 95.554 and 85.714(P0.05) between two groups.ConclusionThe scheme of treatment group is better than the control group.It is safe and worth spreading in the clinic on cerebral infarction with hypertension.
