Title: Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture Plus Massotherapy in Treating Anorectal Postoperative Uroschesis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus massotherapy in treating anorectal postoperative uroschesis. Methods Sixty-five patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 32 cases received acupuncture plus massotherapy and the control group of 33 cases, intramuscular injection of 0.5 mg neostigmine. Results The efficacy rate was 90.6% in the treatment group and 69.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two group (P0.05). The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture plus massotherapy has a better therapeutic effect on anorectal postoperative uroschesis.
