Title: The expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with invasion and metastasis
Abstract: Objective:To explore the expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in cervical lesions and their relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods:The expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in 40 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma,38 cases of CIN3,28 cases of CIN1~2,15 cases of normal cervical epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results:The expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma were significantly higher than those in control group and CIN1~2 (P0.05),there was no correlation between expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma and clinical stages, pathological grading, but the expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma were related to lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion:The high expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma are related to invasion of cervical carcinoma, which can be used as a prognostic indicator of prognosis of early cervical carcinoma.
