However, limited researches are available on lecture job satisfaction in Pakistan. Hence, this study is focused on exploring the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. In organizational justice there are three dimensions of organizational justice (distributive, procedural and interactive). We can use primary data for the studies through questionnaires. The results showed that distributive justice had relatively stronger positive impact on lecturers’ overall job satisfaction than interactional justice whereas procedural justice was excluded from the regression model.Read More
