It measures the input probabilities using the EU-SILC data from 2006 to 2013. Replacing the European Panel Survey since 2003, EU-SILC provides timely and comparable cross-sectional, multidimensional data on income, poverty, social exclusion and living conditions anchored in the European Statistical System. Methodologically, the chapter utilizes the theory of non-homogenous Markov systems (NHMS) to measure the transition and input probabilities. It presents the results concerning the dynamics of the labor market flows, with an emphasis put on the evolution of the transition probabilities between labor market states, the evolution of school-to-labor market entry probabilities and the estimation of labor fluidity.
