This final project report was written based on the job training activities that had been done by the writer in Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel. This final project discusses about the banquet service at Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel. It is located at Gajah Mada Street 82 Solo. The objective of the final project is to describe the condition of the banquet service at Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel.
Banquet service is under the Food and Beverage Department. Banquet service is one of the priority services given by Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel. It shows that banquet service is important part of Food and Beverage Department that supports the hotel income. The main purpose of banquet service handling events. The banquet staffs are responsible for food sales and service for meetings and other catered events such as seminars, conferences, parties, and wedding, held at the hotel. From the discussion in this final project report, it can be concluded that Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel provides a good banquet service for the customers.Read More
