Abstract:[Objective] The aim of this paper was to select the optimum technology and macroporous resin for iridoid glycosides extraction from Gentiana macrophylla.[Method] The contents gentiopicroside and swert...[Objective] The aim of this paper was to select the optimum technology and macroporous resin for iridoid glycosides extraction from Gentiana macrophylla.[Method] The contents gentiopicroside and swertiamarin were used as indices with water as solvent.Effects of temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times in the extraction rate of gentiopicroside and swertiamarin were studied by orthogonal test.The optimum macroporous resin was selected by static adsorptive method.[Result] The optimum extraction condition was under 68 ℃,1∶12 solidliquid ratio,5 times of extraction and with water being solvent.D101 macroporous resin was the optimum resin.[Conclusion] The optimum extraction condition was stable and suitable for the extraction of iridoid glycosides from Gentiana macrophylla.D101 macroporous resin was suitable for the screening of iridoid glycosides from Gentiana macrophylla.Read More
