Title: Clinical Analysis of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart by Two Treatment Methods
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the curative effect of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart by two treatment methods. Methods 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart according to different treatment methods were divided into nitroprusside combined with benazepril treatment group(A group) 60 cases and conventional treatment group(B group) 60 cases.Observation of cardiac function, arterial blood gas, cell immune function changes. Results Total effective of 42 cases(84.0%) in group A were higher than the group B of 27 cases(54.0%)(χ2=4.251,P0.05);The arterial blood gas of PaO2,SpO2 after treatment were higher than that before treatment in two groups(P0.05),the PaCO2 decreased compared with before treatment(P0.05);The PaO2,SpO2,PaCO2 after treatment in group A compared with group B were statistically significant(P0.05);The cardiac function of SV,CO,LVEF after treatment were higher than that before treatment in two groups(P0.05),The cardiac function of SV,CO,LVEF after treatment in group A were higher than that group B(P0.05);The ratios of CD4+cells、NK cell activity、IL-2 in group B were lower than the group A(P0.05),CD8+cells higher than the group A in two groups after treatment(P0.05).Conclusions Nitroprusside sodium combination benazepril has obviously effects in treatment of acute exacerbation of corpulmonary.
