Title: Analysis of blood lipids for patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by coronary heart disease
Abstract: Objective To study the significance of blood lipid analysis in patients with diabetes mellitus and concurrent coronay heart disease.Methods A total of 306 subjects were divided into four groups:72 pationts with diabetes mellitus alone,81 patients with coronary heart disease,60 patients with diabetes plus coronary heart disease patients,and 94 healthy individuals as control group.The differences in blood lipid level between the four groups were compared and the significance of abnormal blood lipid in diabetic and coronary heart disease patients was discussed.Results The serum levels of HDL and Apo AⅠin diabetic patients were lower than those in control group,but LDL,TG,and Apo B levels were higher than those in control group.The serum levels of HDL and Apo AⅠin diabetes plus coronary disease group were lower than those in diabetes group and control group;but their LDL,TG,and Apo B levels were higher than those in diabetes group and control gyoup.Conclusions The serum level of blood lipids in diabetes plus coronary disease patients is evidently high,their treatment for blood lipid reduction is necessary.
